Do I need to apply for permits myself?
No, you do not! We will apply all permits on our end. For Condo home-owners, do note that you will need to apply for approval with your building management.
Will the renovation disrupt my daily life?
There will definitely be dust and noise, however, we will inform you of our work process so you are able to plan your schedule accordingly. For example, hacking of the tiles are extra noisy and dusty, you will be inform of this prior to the works, so you can make the necessary arrangements for yourself.
