Project Workflow – Our Renovation Process

We follow a structured workflow to ensure a smooth and hassle-free renovation process:

1. Initial Consultation and Site-visit –

We assess your space, take our necessary measurements and discuss your renovation goals.

2. Quotation –

We will provide a detailed, transparent quotation with no hidden costs between 1-5 working days.

3. Project acceptance –

Once you approve the quotation, we confirm project timelines and materials. This will also kickstart a deposit downpayment. Deposit % depends on the project scale.

4. Sharing of design and timeline –

If design work is needed, we present concepts as well. We then finalize the design, layout, and project schedule for a stress-free renovation.

5. Site Inspection and Project execution –

We will conduct another round of site visit, which we will do a walkthrough of our designs and concepts again with you. We will also require another round of deposit downpayment to order materials and supplies before commencement of the project.

Then, our skilled contractors will start the renovation, ensuring regular progress updates.

6. Project completion –

We conduct quality checks to ensure that everything is completed and all expectations are met. 

7. Handover –

It’s time! We officially handover your dream space! Hooray!

8. Touch up (if required) –

Any final adjustments or minor fixes are done to perfect the work.
